Returns Policy

We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 3-5 working days of your account order within the island of Ireland , where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.

We are happy to accept your online purchase provided they are returned to us unused , with original packaging, are fit for resale and sent to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be processed  to the original payment card or type. Returns can be made on full or partial transaction. For reasons of hygiene some things cannot be returned such as cosmetics. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Ensure the goods are packed in their original packaging.

2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with your items. Alternatively, include the following details with your return: Customer Name, Order Number, Returning items, Description, Reason for Return.

3.  Peel off the pre-printed returns label and affix to the outside of your package.

4 .Return to Rowland's Pharmacy, Main Street, Castlebar, Co.Mayo, Ireland.

Your refund will be issued once the return has been recieved by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge . Please retain proof of postage. Please note all breakages on receipt must be notified to Rowland's Pharmacy within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email.

Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
